Financial Statement Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Financial Statement Coordinator to join our team.

  • This part-time evening position involves managing daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly financial statements and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Stay up to date with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Proficient in using accounting software (QuickBooks).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
