Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to oversee and grow our eBay sales channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing performance, driving revenue, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize all eBay listings, including writing compelling product descriptions and setting competitive pricing.
  • Monitor eBay account health, performance metrics, and seller ratings to ensure compliance with eBay policies.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and ranking on eBay search results.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve disputes or return issues efficiently.
  • Analyze sales trends, traffic, and conversion metrics to inform product strategy and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with inventory and shipping teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
  • Create promotions and discounts using eBay marketing tools to increase sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with eBay updates, policy changes, and industry trends.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align eBay listings with overall brand messaging and goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing eBay accounts, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of eBay Seller Hub, promotions manager, and eBay search algorithm.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or other e-commerce analytics platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills:
  • Graphic design or photo editing experience (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
  • Experience with other online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Etsy) is a bonus.

This is an onsite/office-based role located in Islamabad.
