Job Description

About the Role:

This role involves providing backend support to our Salesforce CRM platform. You will work collaboratively with the development team to build scalable and robust solutions using AGILE methodologies.

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Salesforce applications.
  • Participate in design sessions for new product features and capabilities.
  • Produce technical documentation and participate in walkthroughs.
  • Engineer components and services based on standard corporate development models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and maintaining complex Salesforce applications.
  2. Providing technical expertise to drive business growth.
  3. Maintaining production environments and ensuring high availability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of direct development experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good experience with developing solutions involving relational database technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Proficient with software development lifecycle methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
  • Prior experience with CPQ systems would be an advantage.
