Mechanical Superintendent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Mechanical Incharge to oversee the maintenance activities of Sheet Metal and Injection Molding. This role involves monitoring daily breakdowns, ensuring proper execution of the maintenance team, and developing a preventive maintenance plan.

1. Oversee overall maintenance activities of Sheet Metal and Injection Molding.
2. Monitor daily breakdowns and report to the production manager.
3. E nsure proper execution of the maintenance team as per requirement in all sections on a daily basis.
4. Build and properly utilize the maintenance team.
5. Develop a preventive maintenance plan.
6. Execute the preventive maintenance plan.
7. Monitor daily, monthly, and annual preventive maintenance activities.
8. Ensure availability of spare parts in store, keeping requirements in mind in advance.
9. Identify good suppliers for spare supplies and outsource maintenance.
10. Analyze machine downtime and take measures to reduce it on a monthly basis.
11. Develop machine-wise maintenance standards.
