About the Position

We are seeking a diligent Quality Assurance Specialist who excels in uncovering edge cases, reproducing complex bugs, and ensuring an outstanding user experience.

This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, curiosity, and a systematic approach to testing will be your key strengths.

Responsibilities
  • Create and execute comprehensive manual test plans for new features and releases
  • Perform exploratory testing to identify bugs, edge cases, and usability issues
  • Reproduce, log, and track issues with precision and clarity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand feature requirements and risk areas
  • Maintain and update test documentation in sync with evolving product features
  • Identify critical usability issues in multi-step user flows
  • Test EHR-integrated healthcare workflows or data-intensive dashboards
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in a manual QA or software testing role
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, test case writing, and bug reporting
  • Experience writing clear, thorough test cases and test scenarios
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr
  • Comfortable working in Agile or fast-paced development environments
  • Basic understanding of APIs and using tools like Postman for testing
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership over product quality
