We are seeking a visionary Art Director to spearhead the creation of innovative ad campaigns that captivate our target audience.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of graphic design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of artistic professionals. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for developing project strategies, creating visual elements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life.

• Collaborate with art department members to evaluate client needs, develop project plans, and create compelling visuals.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to set goals, provide updates, and present campaign results.
• Conduct research to stay informed about brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.
• Lead and mentor design staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Coordinate resources and collaborate with other departments to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and graphic design software.
• High level of accountability, motivation, and creativity.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Creativity, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow.
