
Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has excellent organizational skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate teams or individuals in an efficient manner.
- Process all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Assist with documentation tasks and prepare invoices using our system.
- Organize and file records accurately under the guidance of senior staff.
Key Requirements:
- Intermediate educational qualification or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
