SQA Director

We are looking for an experienced SQA Lead to join our team at Pacsquare Technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the software testing process, developing and implementing testing strategies, and managing test teams.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

The SQA Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, sales, and marketing, to ensure that products meet customer needs and expectations.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining test plans, executing testing, and reporting results to stakeholders.

The SQA Lead will also identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the testing process.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with product development teams to evaluate system interfaces, operational requirements, and performance requirements of overall systems.

The SQA Lead will define test methods, create test plans, and recommend design improvements or corrections to engineers throughout the development process.

Maintaining accurate test reports and monitoring program performance after implementation are essential duties.

The SQA Lead will conduct compatibility tests with vendor-provided options and ensure the overall efficiency of the solution.
