Childcare Director

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Daycare Manager to oversee the daily operations of our childcare facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing environment for children and leading a diverse team of staff members.

1. Child Development: Ensure a high-quality, child-centred program that promotes development in children of diverse age groups.
2. Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and leadership to staff members, manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

Staff Development & Training:

1. Foster a positive work environment for Daycare staff.
2. Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
3. Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.

Health and Safety:

1. Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
2. Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Parental Engagement & Communication:

1. Foster positive relationships with parents on their child's development and well-being.
2. Manage daycare communication channels to ensure effective engagement and communication with parents.
