We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across various platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing social media plans to achieve business objectives and increase brand presence.
  • Creating engaging content for social media channels, including writing captions, designing graphics, and selecting multimedia assets.
  • Scheduling and publishing social media posts utilizing social media management tools to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
  • Monitoring and responding to social media comments and messages in a professional manner.
  • Analyzing social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform content strategy adjustments.
  • Staying current on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to inform content optimization efforts.

Requirements:

  • Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Possession of a genuine passion for social media and familiarity with major social media platforms and their features.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and compelling social media content.
  • Basic design skills proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
