Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry / Process Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel, and possess strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.

  • Key responsibilities include processing documents according to various program/process requirements, working within the required time zone to support business units, and performing duties within the quality assurance system.
  • Additionally, the incumbent will ensure performance of the scope of work as per program mandates and process requirements, verify details in documents, and report discrepancies for resolution.

The role also involves creating or completing Requests for Creation (RFC) or Request for Information (RFI), capturing details from ID forms or invoices into Siebel, and communicating with business teams for queries.

  • Knowledge sharing and best practices

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate with the required speed and accuracy
  • Typing speed of 35-40 wpm with over 95% accuracy
