As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on fostering long-lasting connections that drive business growth and retention.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer experience, stay up-to-date on industry trends, and analyze data to understand client needs. Your ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and work effectively in a collaborative environment will be essential in achieving revenue targets and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, develop and nurture long-term relationships, and address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Business Growth & Retention: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, proactively seek new business opportunities through referrals and networking, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Account Management: Monitor and manage client accounts, analyze client data to understand their needs, and ensure contract renewals and negotiate terms when necessary.
- Market Insights & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings, develop strategies to enhance customer experience, and prepare regular reports on account performance.
- Reporting & Communication: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, prepare regular reports on account performance, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Experience with CRM software and account management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
