Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and execute lead generation strategies across multiple platforms, leveraging advanced search techniques and community engagement to uncover new sales opportunities.
  2. Identify and engage with potential clients and influencers to generate high-quality leads through personalized communication and strategic planning.
  3. Convert leads into sales by fostering strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the sales pipeline and ensure seamless handoffs of leads, promoting brand awareness and community relationships by actively participating in relevant Discord servers and Twitch channels.
  5. Create and manage engaging content and events to attract and retain potential clients, analyzing community feedback to identify trends and opportunities for lead generation.
  6. Track and report on lead generation and sales metrics, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in the design industry, with a proven track record of successful lead generation and sales conversion on Discord and Twitch.
  • Community management and engagement experience is an asset, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using lead generation tools and CRM software.
  • In-depth knowledge of Discord and Twitch platforms and their user communities, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
