Project Management & Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management & Sales Professional to join our team. As an Assistant Manager PMO and Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing all project planning, implementation, monitoring, and control activities.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a passion for delivering results-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project management plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Write clear and concise reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals to communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.
  • Provide training and coaching to regional teams on operations management best practices and project management methodologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, Basecamp, Smartsheet, Planview, Primavera P6, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Mavenlink.
  • Sales knowledge and experience in sales and operation management, including Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Copper, Freshsales.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of DC and AC power systems, including Generators, Power Distribution Units, UPS Systems, Transformers, Circuit Breakers, Fuses, Switchgear, Panelboards, Busbars.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, activities, and tasks simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience handling mega projects, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Strong team leadership and resource management skills, including Team Leadership, Time Management, Conflict Resolution, Delegation, Performance Monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including Career Development, Coaching, Training, Employee Engagement, Change Management.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence, including Document Preparation, Report Writing, Presentation Skills, Public Speaking.
