We seek an experienced Python Team Lead to manage and mentor developers driving high-quality software solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Python developers ensuring best coding practices performance optimization.
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable efficient backend applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Optimize application performance security maintainability.
  • Write clean maintainable well-documented code following industry standards.
  • Conduct code reviews provide constructive feedback ensuring adherence to coding standards.
  • Research implement new technologies to improve development efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot resolve software issues bugs performance bottlenecks.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of professional Python development experience including leadership or team management experience.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.

Required Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python frameworks like Django Flask or FastAPI.
  • Experience with database management SQL PostgreSQL MongoDB.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs microservices system architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS GCP Azure containerization Docker Kubernetes.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
