We are seeking a skilled Natural Language Processing Specialist to join our team, responsible for developing and implementing NLP solutions that drive business growth. In this role, you will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to develop state-of-the-art language models and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop NLP models to solve various language-based problems, leveraging expertise in machine learning and data analysis.
  • Implement algorithms for text processing, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and machine translation, using popular NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP solutions into products and services, driving innovation and business growth.
  • Analyze and preprocess large datasets to prepare for model training and evaluation, utilizing strong programming skills in Python.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning, applying best practices to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or a related field, with a strong foundation in linguistics and computational methods.
  • Proven experience in natural language processing, machine learning, or a related field, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in NLP libraries and frameworks such as NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with data preprocessing, cleaning, and analysis, as well as experience working with large datasets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
