To excel as an Administrative Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our organization, ensuring smooth functioning and safety of employees and assets. You will also be responsible for regulatory compliance and creating a secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise administrative operations, including facility management, office services, transportation, housekeeping, and vendor management.

  • Maintain office infrastructure, equipment, and utilities to ensure optimal performance.

  • Monitor and control administrative expenditures.

  • Coordinate with HR and Finance for resource planning and procurement of office supplies and services.

  • Lead logistics and support for internal and external meetings, conferences, and official events.

  • Maintain accurate records and documents in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and visitors.

Security Management:
  • Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.

  • Oversee security operations across all premises.

  • Manage security staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

  • Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability checks.

  • Respond to incidents and emergencies, investigating security breaches.

  • Ensure coordination with law enforcement, fire safety, and emergency response teams.

  • Monitor surveillance systems and access control systems to ensure full coverage of security devices.

Compliance and Reporting:
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and legal standards.

  • Prepare periodic reports on administrative and security metrics for senior management.

  • Conduct drills and training sessions on fire safety, first aid, and emergency response.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field (Master's preferred).

  • Progressive experience in administration and security management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Background in law enforcement, armed forces, or private security is advantageous.
