System Administrator - Enterprise IT

This is a senior-level role that requires an individual with extensive experience in managing and maintaining complex IT systems, ensuring high availability, security, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the implementation and migration of Microsoft 365 services across the organization.
  2. Coordinate with different teams to ensure a seamless transition from G-suite to M365.
  3. Administer and configure Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.).
  4. Manage Active Directory environments, including user accounts, groups, organizational units, and group policies.
  5. Oversee Active Directory replication, domain controllers, and security configurations.
  6. Configure and maintain DNS and DHCP servers for the organization's network.
  7. Administer and configure Cisco routers, switches, and networking hardware.
  8. Configure and maintain VPNs, VLANs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP).
  9. Manage virtualized environments using Microsoft Hyper-V.
  10. Configure virtual machines, virtual networks, and storage systems within the Hyper-V environment.
  11. Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure minimal downtime and data loss.
  12. Manage backup systems and ensure data recovery procedures are up to date and tested regularly.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT infrastructure management, particularly with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Cisco routers, Hyper-V, Windows Server, and hardware management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 migration, setup, and troubleshooting.
