About the Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, reliable, and secure web applications using Ruby on Rails.

Main Responsibilities
  • Designing and developing scalable, reliable, and secure web applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing effective solutions to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and benchmarking their performance.
  • Maintaining version control systems, ensuring smooth collaboration across multiple teams.
Requirements
  • Ruby on Rails Expertise - You should have extensive experience working with RoR, having implemented best practices over multiple product cycles.
  • Software Design Patterns - A deep understanding of software design patterns is essential for tackling complex problems and developing elegant solutions.
