About This Opportunity: As a GROUP FINANCIAL DIRECTOR, you will lead the financial management function, overseeing all financial activities, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic guidance to the executive team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial audits and work with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the accounting department and ensure that financial records are accurate.
  • Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions to ensure access to necessary capital to fund operations.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to help achieve their objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in listed company financial management.
  • Strong understanding of corporate financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies.
  • True team player and able to efficiently work with multiple teams across the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, financial regulations, and tax regulations in KSA is an added bonus.
  • Analytical skills to interpret large volumes of data, spot anomalies, and assess risks in economic forecasts.
  • Experience with financial management software like SAP, Oracle, Odoo, and collaborative tools.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
