Our rapidly expanding US-based transportation firm is seeking professionals to contribute to its growth journey. We've recently launched new divisions and expanded our presence with satellite offices, creating opportunities for skilled individuals to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective clients across the US.
- Persuasively communicate company services to decision makers.
- Qualify leads by identifying client needs and potential fit.
- Schedule appointments or product demos for senior sales staff.
- Accurately log all activities and conversations in the CRM system.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Nurture prospects until they are ready for conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and hit targets.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales.
- Strong background in outbound prospecting, cold calling, or tele sales.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to adapt to new platforms and digital tools.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
