HR Strategist

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Leader to drive our human resources operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues, contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to our strategic thinking and direction.
• Your primary responsibilities will include managing human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff. You will also plan, monitor, appraise, and review staff job contributions; maintain compensation; determine production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; design systems; accumulate resources; resolve problems; and implement change.
• You will accomplish special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities, communicating and coordinating requirements, expediting fulfillment, evaluating milestone accomplishments, evaluating optional courses of action, and changing assumptions and direction.
• A successful candidate will provide human resources advice, counsel, and decisions to management and analyze information and applications. You will guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong time management skills and personal efficiency.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
