Job Description

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mobile applications across the entire app life cycle. This includes concept development, design, build, deployment, testing, release to app stores, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • App Development Life Cycle: Deliver cross-platform mobile applications that meet client requirements, including concept development, design, build, deployment, testing, and release to app stores.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creatives, developers, user experience leads, and producers to conceptualize, build, test, and release products that exceed client expectations.
  • Requirements Gathering: Gather detailed requirements from clients and stakeholders, and translate those into elegant functional solutions that meet business needs.
  • Prototyping: Build prototypes to demonstrate product concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Mobile Frameworks: Work with web developers to create and maintain robust mobile frameworks that enable efficient application development.
  • User Interface Design: Create compelling device-specific user interfaces and experiences that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends in mobile technologies and emerging technologies.
  • Tech Communication: Explain complex technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong object-oriented programming (OOP) and data structure concepts, with experience developing client-server applications using .NET.
  • Architectural Expertise: Have in-depth knowledge of object-oriented architecture and design patterns, as well as experience working on the architecture of complex .NET projects.
  • Continuous Learning: Be a good learner able to work in a challenging environment and adapt to new technologies and tools.

Job Specification:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in .NET, with at least 3 years specifically in Mobile App development for iOS & Android.
  • OOP and Architecture: Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and architecture patterns and design patterns.
  • Data Structures: Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • Technical Writing: Good technical writing and UML skills.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to propose good solutions and communicate them effectively to the team.
  • .NET Expertise: In-depth knowledge of .NET (ASP.NET and C#).
  • Database Management: In-depth knowledge of MS SQL Server (scripts/procedures).
  • Analytical Skills: Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Agile Processes: Good knowledge of agile processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • ERP Systems: Knowledge/Experience of ERP systems and accounting is a plus.
