Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QA process for web and mobile applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases using modern tools.
  • Drive the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including requirement analysis, test planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, designers, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure product quality.
  • Implement continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines for faster feedback and product delivery.
  • Own and enhance the test strategy for multiple products, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
  • Conduct performance, regression, and integration testing across different platforms.
  • Identify and resolve bugs, analyze failures, and improve test reliability.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of testing strategies, test cases, and bug reports.
  • Stay updated on emerging QA tools and best practices to continuously improve testing processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in QA Automation for web and mobile applications.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end ownership of product testing and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in modern automation frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or any programming language for test automation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
  • Strong understanding of API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience in performance testing and load testing tools.
  • Expertise in bug tracking and test management tools.
  • Ability to design and implement test strategies, define test cases, and ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
