We are seeking an exceptional Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technical department, you will be responsible for developing server-side web application logic and integrating front-end components. Your primary focus will be on developing all server-side logic, defining and maintaining the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge web-based applications on premium service platforms.
  2. Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team to enhance user engagement.
  3. Lead the entire web application development life cycle, from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support.
  4. Analyze website and application requirements to ensure seamless integration.
  5. Develop clean, secure, test-driven, easily maintainable, and modular codes.
  6. Design and maintain databases efficiently.
  7. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
  8. Collaborate with frontend and mobile app developers on backend needs of projects.
  9. Adhere closely to development plans and anticipate changes to specifications or schedule as necessary during development.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience as a PHP developer with a strong background in Laravel or similar frameworks.
  3. Experience with PHP MVC frameworks (Laravel, Symfony).
  4. Excellent relational database skills with MySQL.
  5. Experience with database design and administration.
  6. Understanding of open source projects like WordPress is a plus.
  7. Experience in common third-party APIs.
  8. Passion for best design and coding practices and desire to develop new ideas.
  9. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
