We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant. This role offers the perfect opportunity for someone looking to launch their career in IT and gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who want to implement and optimize Dynamics 365 solutions, work collaboratively with stakeholders, and contribute to delivering successful projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Assist in designing, configuring, and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Provide user support, create documentation, and conduct training sessions during and after implementation.
  • Contribute to system testing, troubleshooting, data migration, and validation tasks.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft; prior exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward professional growth.
