Job Title: Senior IT Project Lead - Cloud Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Fabric technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables, for cloud-based projects. Define project milestones, success criteria, and communication plans.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring smooth execution and successful delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and best practices for Microsoft Fabric technologies.
  • Resource Management: Effectively allocate and manage project resources, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing waste.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior IT Project Lead, with a proven track record of managing complex cloud-based projects.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Fabric components, including data integration, analytics, and cloud solutions. Experience with project management tools and methodologies, data engineering, data warehousing, and cloud technologies.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
