About This Role

This position involves acting as a skilled practitioner in Workday, a leading HRIS system. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management of the Workday HCM platform, project management initiatives, optimizing the platform, directing continuous improvement of processes, and improving adoption rates.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet with stakeholders to outline project requirements for reports or enhancements in Workday
  • Document solutions, create process workflows, and receive knowledge transfer from a Workday expert
  • Engage with the Workday community to stay up-to-date on new technical functionality released in the system
  • Develop and deliver Workday reports and training as needed
  • Perform Workday audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Respond to basic questions about Workday processes and provide tier 1 troubleshooting support
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science, information technology, or business administration
  • Strong knowledge of Workday HCM platform features and functionalities
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools
  • Basic understanding of IT service management principles and practices
