**Job Title:** Sales Team Lead

 

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to motivate and guide a sales team towards achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring that customers receive satisfactory service and quality products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase business volume.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently and provide effective solutions.
  • Monitor and control all operational activities of sites and projects.
  • Assign tasks to sales staff and monitor their activities.

 

**Requirements:

*** Required Skills and Qualifications:***

  • 4 to 8 years experience preferably in a similar role.
  • A background in Woodwork or strong Woodworking knowledge is essential.
  • Proficient in dealing with client demands and can handle customer complaints efficiently.
  • Excellent Communication, Managerial, Organizational, and Conflict Resolution Skills are required.
  • Computer literacy in MS office application and proficiency in AutoCAD is an added advantage.
  • Fully qualified and experienced in Sales specifically showroom sales.
