Agricultural Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Agricultural Expert - Hydroponics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our greenhouse operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth and care of our crops, utilizing your expertise in hydroponics and agricultural techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily greenhouse operations, including crop planning, planting, and harvesting.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve crop yields, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with the agricultural team to stay up-to-date on the latest hydroponic techniques and best practices.
• Supervise and train greenhouse staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
• Evaluate and optimize greenhouse systems, processes, and procedures to achieve maximum productivity and profitability.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in greenhouse operations, with a focus on hydroponics and agricultural techniques.
• Strong understanding of plant biology, nutrient management, and environmental control systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
