Senior Quality Assurance Professional

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our LED manufacturing processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Inspect and test LED products, components, assemblies, and finished goods to ensure they meet industry standards.* Validate the performance of LED beads, driver ICs, capacitors, inductors, surge protection systems, and other critical components.* Conduct optical, electrical, and thermal tests, including LM-79 and IEC standards.* Analyze test data, troubleshoot defects, and implement fixes.* Lead QC inspectors and maintain detailed quality records.* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.* Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years' experience in QC in LED/electronics manufacturing.* Hands-on knowledge of LED components, circuits, and testing methods.* Ability to read schematics and technical reports.* Strong problem-solving and team management skills.* Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering (preferred).* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
