Software Quality Assurance Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about ensuring the highest quality software products.

About the Role:
  • This position involves developing and executing test plans, conducting functional and integration testing, and managing defect tracking throughout the software development life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with product managers and developers to ensure clear understanding and documentation of all requirement-related deliverables.

  • Develop robust test cases that are timely, detailed, and mapped to functional requirements/user stories.
  • Work with application developers to fix identified problems.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Computer/Software Engineering or a relevant field.

  • Solid technical skills, including documentation of test cases, requirements, and scripts for manual and automated testing.
  • Proven analytical ability and strong communication skills, including proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working in a dynamic environment, with keen knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodology.
Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with experience in producing high-quality, detailed, and well-structured test cases from user stories will be given preference.

  • Technical writing skills while working with clients.
  • Knowledge of test-driven software development, extraction of features from user stories, preparation of test plans, and testing software programs/documentation.

This role is located in the Information Technology and Services industry in Islamabad, Pakistan.
