Our finance team is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to oversee daily accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide regular updates on financial performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, provide insights, and support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Liaise with external parties to facilitate smooth audits and ensure regulatory compliance.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and experience in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite. If you have a passion for finance and enjoy working independently and as part of a team, we want to hear from you

Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountants or ACCA qualified.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
