Job Title: Customer Engagement Solutions Specialist

About the Role:

The Customer Engagement Solutions Specialist serves as a technical liaison between the sales team and prospective clients. The primary responsibility is to understand client needs and demonstrate how the company's solutions can address those needs effectively.

This role involves crafting tailored solutions, delivering compelling demonstrations, and ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation. The ideal candidate will excel in a customer-facing high-performance team to collaborate and win joint opportunities with sales and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions that leverage the company's offerings.
  • Solution Design: Analyze customer needs and design appropriate solutions that integrate seamlessly with their existing systems and workflows.
  • Demonstrations & Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Develop and deliver product demonstrations and PoCs to showcase the value and capabilities of the solutions.
  • Technical Documentation: Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and other documentation to support the sales process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies in the SaaS and CPaaS space.

Requirements:

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SaaS and CPaaS architectures, APIs, and integration methods.
  • AI Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of AI concepts and models, including various Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to interface effectively with C-level executives and technical decision-makers, presenting complex demos and conducting business-driven workshops.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in crafting impactful use cases and customer journeys based on thorough business analysis and customer requirements.
  • Technical Background: Solid technical background with proficiency in prompt engineering and programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Java, as well as web technologies.
  • Sales Experience: Full-cycle SaaS sales experience with enterprise clients, with the ability to consistently deliver against targets.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
