Industrial Architect Job Opportunity

This position is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who wants to apply their skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment. As an Industrial Architect at our company, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities.

  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to determine project requirements and design objectives.
  • Prepare preliminary sketches, plans, and layouts for industrial buildings and facilities.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information on existing structures and infrastructure.
  • Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed blueprints and construction plans.
  • Evaluate designs for compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
  • Oversight of the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately.
  • Effective communication with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to visualize three-dimensional objects from two-dimensional drawings.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to industrial construction.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Prior experience in industrial architecture is preferred but not required.
