Sales and Business Development Professional

Bakhtawar Enterprises is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with knowledge of construction and renovation work.
This role involves handling leads, communicating with potential clients, understanding their requirements, providing quotations, conducting site visits (when needed), and converting leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities- Follow up with assigned leads via calls.
- Understand client needs related to construction and renovation.
- Share accurate quotations and proposals.
- Visit project sites as necessary.
- Convert prospects into clients through follow-up and trust-building.
- Maintain records of communications, quotations, and lead status.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project delivery.
- Experience in sales, preferably in construction, renovation, or real estate.
- Basic understanding of construction materials and renovation processes.
- Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English.
- Proficiency with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to visit sites (own transport preferred).
- Education: Intermediate or Bachelor's degree; Civil/Technical background is a plus.
