Senior Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to take on the role of Head of School. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about education and has a proven track record in leading teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting learning goals for students and teachers, monitoring and reporting on teacher performance, and representing the school in various forums. They will also be expected to prepare timetables, class lists, and schedules, as well as maintain knowledge of school administrative processes and educational regulations.

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the national curriculum. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior roles, preferably in education, and will be able to demonstrate their ability to work effectively with teachers, students, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set learning goals for students and teachers based on the national curriculum.
  • Monitor and report on teacher performance to higher management.
  • Represent the school in seminars, conferences, and other forums.
  • Prepare timetables, class lists, and schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of school administrative processes and educational regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
