We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, foster a positive workplace culture, and improve retention across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Design, plan, and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal employee communication related to engagement activities.
- Analyze employee feedback and collaborate with leadership to implement improvements.
- Organize and manage events including birthdays, milestone celebrations, learning sessions, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
- Partner with HR to support employee surveys, focus groups, and recognition programs.
- Develop reports on engagement metrics and recommend data-driven strategies.
Other responsibilities include creating and managing budgets for engagement initiatives, supporting onboarding and integration efforts for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
