This is a mid to senior level role, suitable for someone who is both strategic and hands-on.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, foster a positive workplace culture, and improve retention across the organization.

• Design, plan, and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal employee communication related to engagement activities.
• Analyze employee feedback and collaborate with leadership to implement improvements.
• Organize and manage events including birthdays, milestone celebrations, learning sessions, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
• Partner with HR to support employee surveys, focus groups, and recognition programs.
• Develop reports on engagement metrics and recommend data-driven strategies.

Other responsibilities include creating and managing budgets for engagement initiatives, supporting onboarding and integration efforts for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
