Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps professional to contribute to the development of software products.

The ideal candidate will leverage automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment tools to ensure reliability, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish and configure new development tools and infrastructure
  • Develop and implement strategies for automating and enhancing development and release processes
  • Analyze code written by others, test results, and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure systems are secure against cyber threats through proactive measures
  • Identify technical issues and create software updates or fixes
  • Collaborate with software developers and engineers to adhere to established processes and best practices
  • Contribute to project planning and management decisions
  • Implement and maintain DevOps and QA processes to guarantee the reliability, scalability, security, and maintainability of our software products
  • Design and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or TravisCI
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, responding to incidents in a timely and effective manner
  • Evaluate and enforce security controls, ensuring compliance requirements are met
  • Work with development teams to detect and remediate security vulnerabilities
  • Maintain and update infrastructure, including databases, servers, and storage systems
  • Automate repetitive tasks to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
  • Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
  • Deep understanding of security concepts and best practices, such as secure coding, access controls, and encryption
  • Experience with security assessment and testing tools, such as OWASP ZAP, Nessus, or Burp Suite
  • Proficiency in git and git workflows
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL
  • Problem-solving attitude and collaborative team spirit
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Deploy updates and fixes
  • Provide Level 2 technical support
  • Create tools to minimize errors and enhance customer experience
  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues
  • Develop scripts to automate visualization
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with software engineering, customer experience, and Fintech landscape
  • Experience developing engineering applications for large corporations
  • Experience defining procedures and processes as best practices to guide DevOps strategy
