Job Title: Product Visioneer

Description:

The role of a Product Owner plays a crucial part in the product lifecycle, encompassing planning and execution across various stages. Key responsibilities include gathering, prioritizing, and defining product and customer requirements, as well as collaborating closely with teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Product Visioneers work with Video Content Management systems used by Fortune 5000 companies and Governments globally, recognized in Gartner's Magic Quadrant and IDC MarketScape for Digital Evidence Management. The products include EnterpriseTube and Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS), which supports public safety organizations in storing, managing, processing, and analyzing digital evidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  2. Break down the product vision into actionable epics, features, and user stories
  3. Prioritize these components based on business goals and their impact
  4. Collaborate with customer success, marketing, and sales teams to support customers and prospects
  5. Work with engineering teams to estimate story points or LOE
  6. Maintain visibility into team progress through regular tracking methods
  7. Organize show-and-tell sessions, perform reviews, and conduct user acceptance testing
  8. Document new features and improvements for both business and technical audiences
  9. Evaluate and promote new product features to other teams
  10. Lead a team of product analysts by setting standards, processes, and procedures
  11. Contribute to and lead various SCRUM ceremonies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Ability to understand both product business and technical aspects
  2. Excellent decision-making, prioritization, and negotiation skills
  3. Strong planning and forecasting abilities
  4. Good analytical and technical skills
  5. Effective writing and verbal communication skills
  6. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  7. Experience working as a Project Manager or Product Owner
  8. Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM tools
  9. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
