Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Sr. Finance Executive. This is a challenging role that requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance, with a degree in BBA or a related field. They should also have excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in daily operations, including consolidating receivables, invoice and payment processing, and data entry into the accounting system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monthly accounts closing, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
  • Consolidate receivables, invoices, and payments, and ensure accurate and timely recording in the accounting system.
  • Perform daily reconciliation schedules and follow up on outstanding items.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Odoo ERP software.
