Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

MCS is a technology-driven company seeking an innovative Mobile Application Designer to push the boundaries of mobile technologies.

This WEB / APP Designer will collaborate with our team of experienced engineers to design and develop the next generation of our mobile applications, focusing on user-centric designs that deliver seamless online/offline functionality.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop intuitive cross-platform applications for mobile/tablet devices with clean interfaces and smooth interactions based on UI/UX designs and documentation.
  • Build cross-platform mobile applications using cross-platform SDKs, ensuring compatibility across various devices.
  • Support, maintain, and continuously develop existing applications and projects, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Implement unit-testing for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies to maximize development efficiency and recommend best practices to the team.
Key Requirements

A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work for web and mobile applications, demonstrating expertise in user research, usability testing, and design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.

  • Experience with native Android+iOS development and React Native is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles, accessibility guidelines, and human-centered design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
