
Sales Development Enablement Specialist

The Senior Enablement Business Partner will play a pivotal role in bolstering the efficiency of our Small and Medium Business (SMB) Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
Primary responsibilities include crafting and executing onboarding programs for new SMB SDRs, ensuring rapid proficiency in product knowledge and sales processes.
Additionally, this position involves developing and maintaining a continuous training roadmap to enhance SDR skills and performance in inbound lead qualification.
Preparing SDRs for successful transitions to Outbound SDR roles through targeted development initiatives is also an essential aspect of this role.
Collaboration with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and create focused training solutions is crucial in driving business growth.
Finally, measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of enablement programs through key performance indicators (KPIs) and ramp-up time evaluations is vital in optimizing team performance.
Requirements:- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales enablement or sales training, preferably within a software as a service (SaaS) or technology environment.
- Proven success in developing and delivering onboarding and continuous training programs for sales development teams.
- Able to analyze sales performance data and identify training needs.
- Strong understanding of inbound sales processes and best practices.
- Experience collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Proficiency with sales enablement platforms and CRM systems.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops.
