Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to oversee all aspects of our email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in email marketing, excellent copywriting skills, and proficiency in marketing automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Campaign Management: Produce and execute email campaigns, including building emails from templates and HTML, copywriting, asset coordination, quality assurance, and scheduling.
  • Support strategic campaigns through manual and triggered emails across the customer lifecycle.
  • Build effective target audiences and segments to drive engagement and revenue performance.
  • Manage and execute the email marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Use customer data to personalize messages and content.
  • Devise and execute A/B tests, manage the testing calendar, and record results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing email marketing programs.
  • Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS and content management systems.
