We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to play a pivotal role in our US Truck Dispatching operations.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the US trucking industry, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  2. Cultivate and develop leads to create successful partnerships, leveraging exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.
  3. Effectively manage and coordinate truck dispatching operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of services.
  4. Serve as a liaison between clients and the dispatching team, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  5. Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and conditions, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize dispatching processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance overall efficiency.
  7. Address and resolve issues related to dispatching and customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 months of experience in sales, preferably in US truck dispatching, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Familiarity with dispatching software and logistics operations, with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A strong knowledge of the US trucking industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
