Job Overview

At a leading media organization, we are seeking an accomplished Content Manager to spearhead content workflows, enhance team productivity, and ensure seamless collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task & Workflow Management: Manage content tasks in project management tools like ClickUp, ensuring accurate tracking and updates.
  • Project & Process Management: Organize and update project briefs, documentation, and workflows, assign tasks, set clear deadlines, and conduct regular check-ins with editors.
  • Recruitment Process: Participate in the recruitment process, complete technical tests, and interview with Hiring Managers.
Requirements
  • Experience in content operations management, editorial coordination, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate large teams, ensuring seamless communication, accountability, and alignment on goals.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp or similar software.
  • Strong knowledge of content tracking, process management, and task coordination.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a positive work environment.
