Position Overview

We are seeking an Immigration Expert to assist clients with their immigration needs, focusing on Australia and Canada.

  • Assess client eligibility for various visa options and provide expert advice on the application process.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their immigration goals and assess their eligibility for Australia and Canada. Provide expert advice on visa options, requirements, and the overall immigration process.
  2. Documentation and Application Processing: Prepare and review immigration applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Liaise with clients to gather necessary documentation and information. Process and submit applications to relevant authorities and follow up on their status.
  3. Legal Compliance: Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures for Australia and Canada. Ensure that all services provided comply with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing queries and concerns promptly. Provide regular updates on the status of immigration applications and milestones. Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance client service.
  5. Education and Outreach: Conduct informational sessions and workshops to educate potential clients on immigration options and processes. Stay informed about trends and developments in the immigration field and share knowledge within the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Immigration Consultant or similar role, preferably with a focus on Australia and Canada.
  • In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must speak English fluently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools.
