Operational Strategy Manager

We are seeking a skilled Operational Strategy Manager to lead our organization's operational functions and drive strategic objectives.

This role will be responsible for collaborating with senior leadership to develop and refine IT strategies that align with organizational goals, supporting decision-making processes to maximize short-term, medium-term, and long-term objectives, and liaising with directors to implement strategic and operational plans.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop, review, and report on operations division strategy, ensuring clear understanding and execution by department heads.
  • Resource Management: Maintain effective administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication, and liaison on all operational affairs, meeting board expectations.
  • Control Implementation: Implement, maintain, and manage controls throughout the company, covering financial and non-financial aspects.
  • Financial and Physical Resource Management: Manage, monitor, report, and communicate on financial and physical resources, administration, and budgeting.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate expertise in financial management, administration, operations, IT, and other operational areas.
  • Show understanding of financial, administrative, and HR planning environments.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing professional teams.
