Head Baker

We are seeking an experienced Pastry and Cake Baking professional to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality pastry and cake products that exceed customer expectations.

1. Develop and execute innovative pastry and cake recipes that meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
2. Oversee daily bakery operations, including ingredient sourcing, inventory management, and quality control.
3. Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus and special offerings.
4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
5. Train and mentor junior staff to uphold the bakery's standards and procedures.

1. Minimum 7 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or Cake Baking Chef in a professional setting.
2. Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
3. Strong creative skills and the ability to develop unique and appealing products.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
7. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
8. A culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
