Job Title

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to fill the role of an Assistant Manager/Associate in our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in finance and accounting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience preferably in the financial services sector. As an Assistant Manager/Associate PMO, you will contribute to our clients' success by working closely with our senior team to maintain and develop all aspects of their financial accounting processes and related controls. You will assist in regulatory reporting, external & internal audits, and financial risk management matters to help our clients meet their regulatory obligations.

  • Project planning, coordination, reviewing, and validating documentation with utmost attention to detail.
    • Ensuring all documents/policies are compliant with jurisdictional legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Partnering with project execution teams to develop/enhance processes for client needs.
    • Applying consistent approach across businesses, products, and operating regions.
    • Developing and conducting strict quality assurance tests.
    • Liaising with clients and delivery teams to identify/define requirements, scope, and objectives.
    • Assuming responsibility for data integrity and systems management.
  • Assisting the team with regulatory returns, timely submissions, and meeting auditor's needs.
  • Supporting periodic trial balance, balance sheet, and income statement review.
  • Preparing and processing financial reports and statements for clients.
  • Ensuring corporate culture and brand are strong, understood, and trusted.
  • Monitoring/project progress and handling any arising issues.
  • Supporting business to attract/train/retain best talent.
